Can began his career in the mergers and acquisitions advisory division of Ernst & Young, where he focused on M&A projects across diverse industries. Later, he became a Manager in the M&A advisory division of KPMG, working with clients in various industries such as aviation, healthcare, technology, and biotechnology where he managed M&A, post-merger integration, carve-out and privatization projects.

Prior to joining Lycian Capital, Can worked at Actera Group, a prominent Turkish private equity firm, where he served on diverse portfolio and deal teams. Can holds an BEng degree in Industrial Engineering from Koç University, İstanbul.

Can supports Lycian Capital's investments in Disera, Sneaks Up, Tavuk Dünyası, and Dürümle.
