Can began his career in the mergers and acquisitions advisory division of Ernst & Young, where he focused on M&A projects across diverse industries. Later, he became a Manager in the M&A advisory division of KPMG, working with clients in various industries such as aviation, healthcare, technology, and biotechnology where he managed M&A, post-merger integration, carve-out and privatization projects.

Prior to joining Lycian Capital, Can worked at Actera Group, a prominent Turkey-focused private equity firm, where he served on diverse portfolio and deal teams. Can holds an MEng degree in Industrial Engineering from Koç University.
