Presently, he serves as Senior Advisor at Lycian Capital, supporting portfolio companies. Mehmet Baser held COO and CEO roles in Borusan Telekom. He then served as the Key Account Director/VP Sales at Ericsson before assuming the responsibilities of Country Manager at BT Global Services, a premier provider of managed network IT services for business and government organizations. Returning to McKinsey as a Partner, Mehmet Başer currently holds the position of Global Senior Solution Leader, leveraging his extensive expertise and industry acumen in commercial analytics and data science.

Mehmet Başer holds a dual degree in Electronics Engineering and Physics from Bogazici University, and MBA from Vanderbilt University, United States.
